TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (Please read and click on I Agree button below)
- All
prices are quoted f.o.b. - Concord, On. - Canada
- Minimum
order value is CDN.
- Initial
orders are C.O.D. Certified only.
- International
Orders are by pre-payment (i.e. wire transfer) only.
- In order
to use a Company cheque a copy of the cheque must be faxed to (905) 856-8082 for approval
prior to shipping or pickup.
- N.S.F.
cheques are subject to a CDN administration fee.
- All
cheques over CDN,000 must be certified.
- Credit
Cards may be used at no extra charge except for AMEX (additional 3%).
- In order
to use a credit card you must first complete a credit card authorization form and fax it
to (905) 856-8082.
- Insurance
for shipping is the responsibility of the customer. factorydirect.ca assumes no
responsibility or liability once product leaves our warehouse.
- All
sales are final. No refunds.
- Goods
remain the property of factorydirect.ca until paid for in full. 2% Per month is added on
to the overdue accounts.
- We do
not guarantee machine, product or software compatibility.
- Some
products may not be year 2000 compliant.
- All
products, other than marked XXX in "Condition & Warranty" column come with a
10-day exchange warranty if defective only if all original packaging, manuals, software,
etc. are in like new condition. NOTE: Exchange is not for whole unit but only for
defective part.
- All
warranties are manufacturers unless otherwise specified. ***Please see contact numbers
below. Warranty service is subject to manufacturer or supplier turnaround time. This can
be anywhere from 1 week to 8 weeks depending on the manufacturer or supplier. For fastest
service please contact the manufacturer directly.
- Some
products may contain used or remanufactured parts, please see the condition & warranty
column for details.
- Consumables,
including batteries, drums, toners, media, ink cartridges, etc. are not covered by any
warranty.
- There is
a service and administration fee for products returned that are not found to be
defective.
- All
Products returned under warranty (as previously authorized by our RMA department) must be
accompanied by proof of purchase (I.E. original invoice) and original packaging.
- All
warranties are limited to manufacturing defects only and does not cover physical damage,
software configuration, year 2000 compliance or software compatibility.

is not responsible for any lost data. Please back up your files.
- Defective
product returned under warranty may be repaired or replaced with similar but not identical
parts or the purchase amount credited on account, at the sole discretion of
factorydirect.ca.
