Return Policy

Items deemed defective by can be returned for exchanged within 10 days of purchase (or arrival if shipped).  We require a copy of the receipt and the original packaging with all accessories for returns. is not responsible for misplaced receipts.


Defective items can be returned to any location, or contact for directions on how to ship back to us.


If you are a registered Insider Plus member (free to join) and your purchase was made after you became a member, you are entitled to a refund for defective items. The refund for Insider Plus members will be processed back on original payment method, unless the refund is over $500 in which case you will receive a cheque from Rlogistics Limited Partnership. 


When an exchange cannot be made for a defective item; nonregistered Insider Plus members will receive an instore credit that is valid for one year.  Store credits will expire after one year from the date of issue. reserves the right to validate cards prior to redemption. is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. To use the card in store the card must be present.  To use the credit online you must register as an Insider Plus member and add your Insider Plus card to your account.


Consumables or personal goods such as batteries, liquids, pods, wipes, socks, underwear, shavers, clippers, etc. cannot be returned for any reason.
